In doing so, we ensure the necessary reporting to management, the board of directors and to the supervisory authority.

We advise you with pleasure on legal and compliance issues, both in terms of the existing legal environment and the expected effects of future regulatory amendments. In addition, we provide assistance in the preparation of internal guidelines and policies, appropriate contracts, updates, as well as in the authorization process.

As risks can be managed most effectively in the area of operational management, as the first line of defence, we also offer compliance trainings.

Be it combating money laundering,  internal control systems (ICS) or data protection, we are very familiar with all these topics and happy to share our expertise with you.

In the event of a vacation, lack of capacity or prolonged internal absences, we will be happy to assume the function of a compliance officer on a temporary and/or partial basis. Thus, adequate support can be guaranteed at any time.
